TRY SCUBA EXPERIENCE

Is scuba diving on your bucket list? Are you curious what it would feel like to breathe underwater? Come and Try Scuba, Saturday the 1st of November in the comfort of a swimming pool, with the guidance of our professional instructor team. This experience is for anyone over the age of 10 who would like to try scuba for the first time.

The Try Scuba experience is not a certification or licence, but it is an opportunity to increase your confidence and self awareness. You will play with equipment in a safe environment, learn skills and techniques that scuba divers need and decide if you are ready to enrol in our 2 day Open Water Diver certification course. The course will be capped at 8 people with 1 experienced instructor.

Prerequisites:

• Be at least 10 years old
• Pass the SSI Introductory Fit To Dive Screening

What's included:

• Digital Learning Materials
• 1 tank dive in a pool
• Scuba Equipment (BC, Regulators, Mask and Fins)

What you need to provide:

• Transport to/from Logan North Aquatic Centre
• Swimmers with sleeves (eg. rashguard)
• Hat, towel & sunscreen
