At Brisbane Dive Academy we are committed to providing the utmost in customer service and can customise the EFR program to meet your specific emergency response/workplace safety requirements.
The EFR program is solidly grounded in state-of-the-art educational material that provides program flexibility to meet your scheduling needs. Additionally, the EFR program meets QLD workplace health and safety requirements for CPR and first aid training Becoming and First Aider means that you are now able to save a life!
Everywhere we go there is always going to be a need for people trained in first aid to help us deal with small cuts and scrapes right through to major life threatening injuries.
Overview
The First Aid at Work program is a two part program that covers Primary care (life threatening) topics and Secondary care (non life threatening) topics
We offer two deliver models for the First Aid at Work program
Option 1 – Fulltime
The course is delivered in one day with the morning spent looking at life threatening injuries (Primary care) and the afternoon spent looking at non life threatening injuries (Secondary care).
Option 2 – Part time
The course instead of being split into morning and afternoon is split into evening one and two usually over a Monday and Tuesday night.
Both course options are delivered as a flexible delivery mode and require participants to have completed the knowledge reviews in the participant manual prior to the course commencement.
Upon course completion participants are issued with a nationally recognised statement of attainment for Apply First Aid HLTFA301B.
