Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Now that it is a prerequisite to have your EFR Instructor certification prior to becoming a PADI Instructor it only makes sense that you get your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  The PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor course has been mapped against the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.  The result is that you now only have to complete 6 units of Competency to gain your full Cert IV TAA.

Why do you need this? Well if you complete the EFR First Aid at Work Instructor program you will be able to offer nationally recognised first aid courses, this has significant positive financial implications and will make you more employable even outside of the dive industry.

To make the process simpler if you register and pay to complete your Cert IV TAA along with your PADI IDC and EFR Instructor course you will receive the EFR First Aid at Work Instructor program free of charge.
